If you are contacting us to get a food voucher, fuel vouchers, household support grants or because you have been told you need a referral to access the Household Support grant or Ways to Welfare we are unable to help with these. In these circumstances we will not respond to your email. You need to contact an agency who you are involved with or who knows you.
