Please Note

We are working hard to return to a normal service, but are currently only opening our drop in service on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am and 1.30pm. We are only arranging face to face appointments where absolutely necessary.

If you are coming to our office, where possible, please do a lateral flow test beforehand and only come if it is negative. For appointments, please arrive at the office at your appointed time, avoiding being early or late, as we need to manage traffic through the building.

Anyone attending our office will be asked some brief questions about their present health, and information taken to comply with current ‘Track and Trace’ guidance. Unless exempt, you will be expected to wear a face covering or a visor whilst in our office. We also ask that you keep at least one metre away from the adviser.

We hope this will safeguard our clients and staff who have serious health conditions and are particularly vulnerable to infection as well as help prevent the spread of infection.
