What do we do?
We can help you if you are having
financial difficulties.
Do you dread the phone ringing or
the postman calling? Do you spend hours juggling your finances and robbing Peter
to pay Paul ? We might be able to help.
We can suggest a range of options to help you deal with your financial difficulties. We will look at your individual circumstances and come up with a plan best suited to meet your needs. We will then help you put the plan into action.
How do we do it?
We start by maximising income. We will
check benefits and tax allowances and ensure you are recieving everything to
which you are entitled. We will deal with any emergencies such as impending
court or bailiff action. Once these matters are in hand we will move on to discuss
long-term plans for the future.
We appreciate that what might be best for one client may well not suit another. Options for dealing with your problems will be based on things such as your income and essential expenditure and whether you own or rent your home.
We will also take into account any change in your circumstances which is going to improve your financial situation in the near future i.e. You may be off work sick but hope to return to work shortly or your wife or partner may be returning to work soon following the birth of a baby.
We can provide you with all the help you need from completing forms to representing you in Court. We can help you write letters to your creditors or write them on your behalf if you feel unable to do so.
Some cases can be dealt with quickly
but others may involve several visits to the Bureau and it can be some considerable
time before everthing is sorted satisfactorily.
