Drop in sessions are held at Citizens Advice Barrow on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
You will be offered an initial check by an adviser to help us to identify the best route for you to take in getting your problem solved. You may be directed to our website, given some information to take away or, if it is better for you, we may signpost you to another agency. Alternatively, you may be put in the queue to see a specialist adviser.
What to bring with you
When you attend a drop in session, it’s important that the adviser you speak to has as much information about your case as possible. If you don’t bring the necessary paperwork with you, you may have to come back another time. This means it could take you longer to get the help you need.
The link below gives you an idea of the kind of information it’s useful to bring with you. If you haven’t got everything that’s shown, don’t worry – bring as much as you can find.
