The opening hours of the Advice Bureau are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm for both telephone and personal callers.

The Advice Bureau is in Ramsden Hall on the corner of Bath Street and Abbey Road. We have disabled access and there is a car park to the side of the building.
